Raspberry berries are whole or crushed (grit), well developed, healthy, fresh, without mechanical damage. The product is crumbly, the berries may stick together but they crumble very easily under pressure. Raspberry berries are uniform in maturity.
Colour of berries is from red to dark red, taste and smell are sour-sweet or sweet, which are typical for raspberries in the stage of harvest maturity. Foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh raspberries, a slight softening of the product is allowed.
