External appearance

Potatoes are cut into straws or cubes; cubes and straws have different geometric shapes; uneven edges are allowed. The product is clean, healthy, not damaged by agricultural pests and diseases.

Colour is from white to cream of different shades; colour deviation of up to 5% is allowed. Taste and smell are typical for potatoes; foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh potato, a slight softening of the product is allowed.

Proteins – 2.0 g

Carbohydrates – 16.3 g

Of which sugars –  1.3 g

Fibre – 1.4 g

Energy value – 77  kcal (108.8 kJ).

Storage conditions and shelf life: 24 months at a temperature not exceeding minus 18°С and relative humidity not more than 95%.
