Peach fruits with peel are whole or halved, of the same pomological variety, ripe, clean, without damage by agricultural pests. Presence of together frozen fruit halves not exceeding 10% is allowed.
Colour of fruits is yellow, red, purple, blue in different shades, taste and smell are sour-sweet or sweet, which are typical for peach fruits in the stage of harvest maturity. Foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh peach fruits, a slight softening of the product is allowed.
