Whole fruits with pits. Fruits are uniform in maturity, not damaged by diseases and pests. Size of fruits is not less than 15 mm in diameter.
Colour is from red to dark red. Colour deviation of up to 20% is allowed. Taste and smell are sour-sweet or sweet, which are typical for cherry fruits in the stage of harvest maturity. Foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh cherry, a slight softening of the product is allowed.
