Champignons are cut into slices of up to 50 mm and of up to 10 mm thick. The product is clean, healthy, not damaged by agricultural pests and diseases.
Taste and smell are typical for mushrooms in the stage of harvest maturity. Foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh champignons, a slight softening of the product is allowed.
