Blackberry berries are whole, healthy, well developed, without mechanical damage, uniform in maturity. The product is crumbly, without sticking berries, berries are not damaged by diseases and pests.
Colour of berries is from dark purple to black, taste and smell are sour-sweet or sweet, which are typical for blackberries in the stage of harvest maturity. Foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh blackberries, a slight softening of the product is allowed.
