Apricot fruits with peel are whole or halved, of the same pomological variety, ripe, clean, without damage by agricultural pests. Presence of together frozen fruit halves not exceeding 10% is allowed.
Colour of fruits is from yellow to orange, taste and smell are sour-sweet or sweet, which are typical for apricot fruits in the stage of harvest maturity. Foreign flavours, odours and impurities are not allowed. Consistency in the thawed state is quite dense, close to the consistency of fresh apricot fruits, a slight softening of the product is allowed.
